Our Founder

Dave Catlett built Trafero Solutions from firsthand experience on both sides of the defense contracting world — as a 22-year Air Force veteran and as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 defense firm. He’s seen what it costs to lose — and he’s built a methodology to help contractors win.

Dave rounds out his hands-on expertise with transforming organizations as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and as a Change Management Professional.

Dave’s formal education includes:

Dave’s PhD research focused on integrating the fields of Marketing and Organizational Psychology to facilitate organizations in achieving their own unique market-focused culture.

This research is the basis for Trafero Solutions’ current flagship offering of a science-based approach to organizational culture assessment, audit, and enhancement.
